Dr Cormac Bryce
City of London Lord Mayors Research Fellow
Dr Bryce is currently the Lord Mayor City of London's Research Fellow working on research, dissemination and engagement activities related to regulating and managing risk in the UK financial services industry for growth, a key priority of the current Lord Mayor of City of London. His multi-method research spans from human behaviour in
financial organisations to the effect of regulation, incentive structures and employee bench-marking on organisational behaviour within the aviation and financial services industry.
Commenting on his appointment, Dr Bryce said:
“It is an honour to serve as this year’s Lord Mayor’s Fellow and work as part of the Finsbury Institute. Key to the mayoral theme is the desire to sustain the UK’s position as a global leader in financial services. Research is needed to tackle important concepts including regulating for growth, and I look forward to leading on this work with key stakeholder groups.”

Dr Eugenia Cacciatori
Reader in Management
Eugenia Cacciatori's research and teaching lie at the intersection of innovation, technology, and organisation theory. She co-authored the book "Disaster Insurance Reimagined," which explores how public-private partnerships are used to address the effects of climate change on disaster insurance. Her recent work has expanded to responsible AI implementation in organisations.
Eugenia is co-director of the Master's in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership. She holds a Laurea in Industrial Engineering with Management from Politecnico di Milano; an MSc in Technology and Innovation Management; and a PhD in Science and Technology Policy, these latter from SPRU – University of Sussex.

Dr Daisy Chung
Senior Lecturer in Management
Daisy Chung is a researcher and lecturer in the field of management and organisations and primarily studies professions, expertise, jurisdictional shifts, and field-level organisations such as industry and trade associations. Her projects draw on inductive methods to generate understanding about the changing nature of work and organising as a result of technological and political change.
Daisy is the co-director of the Executive PhD programme at Bayes Business School, and teaches organisational behaviour and leading change to undergraduate, masters, and PhD students. She holds a B.S. In Science, Technology, and Society and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Professor Nick Motson
Associate Dean MSc Programme
Nick Motson is a professor of finance specialising in alternative investments particularly hedge funds, incentives and risk taking. His award-winning paper “Locking in the Profits or Putting It All on Black? An Empirical Investigation into the Risk-Taking Behaviour of Hedge Fund Managers” earned the Sciens Capital Award for Best Academic Article in The Journal of Alternative Investments.
Currently, he is the Associate Dean of the undergraduate program at Bayes, having previously led the MSc program from 2016 to 2021. Before academia, Nick spent 13 years as a proprietary trader in the City of London. He holds a BSc from Bayes Business School, an MSc from London Business School, and a PhD from Bayes Business School.

Project Manager
Monique’s career spans asset management and insurance with a focus on risk management, operations, and the digital transformation driving business change over the past two decades. Her expertise lies in integrating technology with financial services operations to enhance efficiency and resilience. Recently, she completed an MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership at Bayes Business School, deepening her understanding of conditions and dynamics needed to enhance innovation and change in the financial services industry.
